my mother's day weekend

such a productive weekend. i got my van cleaned out, i planted my seeds, i took our old trampoline apart, i started a book, and boxed up some baby boy toys for a friend. it felt so good to get things done. love it!

i don't know what it was with yesterday but that day felt great too. the perfect day!

i was served a bountiful breakfast full of calorie free foods by my lovely family. i had no idea that on mother's day all foods are calorie free. thank goodness amy from over at a good life tweeted to remind us all.

okay not really, but i think that the more i say it, the more i am convinced.


and to top it off, i was showered with homemade cards and pleasantly surprised with an awesome little gift...a new camera! i had been wanting a point & shoot that i could just keep in my purse. it is made by polaroid and i am able to adjust the settings if i want to. i tried to adjust the settings yesterday but i am still figuring out where everything is.

it is absolutely perfect and love that i know i can still get photos of my kids doing the darnest things without having to drag my dslr everywhere i go.
