last weekend, for elijah's birthday, we wanted to take him somewhere we had never been before. in addition to it being somewhere we had never eaten, we still wanted it to fit within our budget, and be family friendly. one of the first places that came to mind was spinner's grill, a small place near our house that we always bring up when considering where to eat, but had always chosen somewhere else. so yeah, we finally convinced ourselves it was time to go.
i really don't know why we had been putting it off. it is such a family friendly place with a fun 60's, 70's and 80's theme that focused around music of those eras. the menu is typical diner food, mostly consisting of hamburgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches, and wraps, and the prices are awesome. our bill came to around $40 for six people.
i wouldn't say they have the best food in town, but i honestly have no complaints about any of the food we ate and would certainly
recommend this place to anyone. their portions are huge, even on the kids menu. phoenix ordered a hot dog meal that came
with a bun length hot dog and fries. definitely enough for even an
adult. and as for elijah, he gives spinner's grill two th, umm... feet
up!
