and now the are about to be in full swing, so i can't really promise that things will get any better around here. i kinda miss the days when my kids took naps and i was able to get a couple of hours to myself during the day. even with it just being elijah and i home during the day, he takes up a lot of my time. i think that sometimes he gets bored not having his brothers and sisters here, even if all they do is torment him all day.
luckily, even if i don't get the chance to always post them on time, i do manage to take lots of photos with my iphone during the day. thank goodness for instagram, facebook, and twitter, or i would feel so out of the loop with my internet friends.
here are a few quick glimpses of the last couple of weeks via iphone.
a few of the highlights:
- elijah got a haircut
- i have started to notice the weight loss
- we had a super foggy morning
- elijah modeled some sunglasses for me
- there was a full moon
- mommy and elijah day at the park (we hadn't been in a while)
- mackenzie went rip sticking in the walmart parking lot
- we had a rainy day, so we stayed in our pjs
- i made kale chips and elijah loved them
- i started unpacking the christmas stuff
- i made cookies for snack and i didn't eat any
- our babbabox arrived
next week is thanksgiving and i am sure i will have a truck load of photos to share. i am even hoping to dust off my dslr and snap a few "real" photos. we'll see!
