30 day shred with jillian michaels wk. 4

total FAIL!

ever since my A/C went out, its all i can do to push myself through a workout. i have been compensating with some lame ass crunches, leg lifts, and push ups in hopes of at least not completely falling off the bandwagon. it's more like, my shirt got caught as i was plummeting to the ground and now i am just being dragged behind though.

it just goes to show how easily i give up when things are down for me. that is definitely something i have GOT to work on. i am totally one of those people who have a clear path to where i want to go, the trip is all planned out, but when something happens and a wrench is thrown into the plan, I FREAK THE HECK OUT, YO!

seriously!

then i try to scramble to get back on the right path by throwing a way to big list of to-do's in my lap and that just makes it worse.

oh, AND...pints of ben and jerry's icecream is only $1.50 at my grocery store right now and i totally got some and had a one person party.

this week's goals:
  • lots of water
  • OH, WHO KNOWS!
