Last week's workshop and giveaway pushed FBF to the back burner, but here I am again excited to tell you that I am officially a big loser! 11 lbs. lost that is!
Hopefully the warm weather is starting to creep around to your area like it has around here. There are so many outdoor activities that you can do to avoid having to do real exercise, and still lose pounds. Here is a list of activities that you can enjoy outside this Spring and Summer instead of pulling out your Richard Simmons VHS of Sweating to the Oldies and gettin' your groove on.

Mow the Grass (with a push mower)
Plant a Garden (that's what I am doing this weekend!)
Wash Your Car
Take a Stroll Through Your Neighborhood (push little ones in a stroller)
Ride a Bike
Canoeing or Paddle boating
Swimming
Jumping on a Trampoline
Playing Sports
