It's Jellytelly Time!

I sing a thousand praises about the site Focus on the Family. It is a wonderful site that focuses on helping families thrive through focus on Christian principles. It has an abundance of information as well as real life stories of thriving families.

But, my favorite part is this...

The Princess and the Pea LOVE Jellytelly! It is a weekly online show that they watch that teaches children about the Bible and the word of {God} in a fun way. There are songs and silly skits that keep them interested.

It is only broadcast online however, we use our television as a large computer monitor by hooking up our laptop for them to enjoy this show.

I am pretty strict about a lot of things my children do and how I parent but, when it comes to what my children watch on TV, I tend to be more lenient. I limit their time, but not really the rating. I shouldn't have to set limits if I do my job as a parent and talk about important issues and inappropriate behaviors with them accordingly. I still believe it is important for my children to learn about the Bible and to set and live by strong, positive values. I will discuss why I don't limit what my children watch in further detail at another time. But for now, stop over at Jellytelly and check it out.
