Another BAD week and, I am now starting to feel like a failure but, I am NOT giving up!
Next week I am going to take a step back and start focusing on one thing at a time. Here is my focus for next week...
Drink 8-8oz. glasses of water a day
I gained 3 lbs. this past Tuesday when a monstrous headache sent me into some kind of wild and crazy feeding frenzy. I think I ate everything but the roof on my house.
For the next couple of weeks I also want to focus on snacks that you can enjoy. Don't forget that you have to eat in order to stay healthy and lose weight in a healthy way. Here is the simple recipe for an iced or frozen mocha that I have been enjoying recently.
Iced/Frozen Mocha
ice
coffee
low fat milk
low fat chocolate syrup
Splenda
- fill a glass with ice
- pour coffee in the glass to fill a little less than halfway
- pour the milk in to fill the glass
- add approx. 1 tbs. chocolate syrup
- optional- add Splenda to make a little sweeter if you prefer
