Fat Butt Friday at Six Cherries on Top

One of my New Year's {wishes} was to shed some of the weight I had gained during my pregnancy with Little Monster, and so in my attempt to do so, I felt it was harder to hide late night snacking and lack of motivation if I put myself on the line and in the spotlight. Several friends of mine have jumped on the bandwagon and together we are each others motivation, as well as a support group.

My goal is to lose at least 2 lbs. a week (or at least 5 lbs. per month). So far, I have changed my eating habits and begun a daily workout routine and lost about 4 lbs. in the last 3 weeks. I am well on my way to meeting my goal for the month.

Every Friday...as long as I don't get too busy, too sick, to tired, or too forgetful...I will be sharing my weight loss journey (including my successes and failures), as well as delicious recipes, meal ideas, and exercise suggestions.
