We buy a lot of tortillas because they are so cheap and usually very reasonably priced. Plus, you can make so many different meals with them, our favorites being sandwich wraps and quesadillas. Here is a kid-friendly recipe that should please even the pickiest veggie eater.
Stir together cream cheese, honey, and vanilla in a small bowl. Spread 2 tbs. on each tortilla. Top tortillas with 1 tbs. each of raisins and carrots. Fold in half and cut into triangles.
This is also a great recipe that you can get the kids involved in. Children who help prepare meals are more likely to eat them because they took part in the preparation.
