The Polyvore Files | Happy Veteran's Day

Growing up in a family with lots of ties to the military, Veteran's Day has always been a big deal. Never did I think I would be with a man who was also in the military, but Jason served 12 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, and continues to serve this country as a member of the U.S. Army National Guard. As a family, we take great pride in the work he does serving this country, and greatly thank those who have served or continue to serve.

Even at church today, Veteran's were recognized, and I was proud to see Jason stand among the other men and women while everyone thanked them in applaud. Jason and I also felt we wanted to give back to some of those Veterans in our own way as well, so we stopped off at Dunkin Donuts prior to church and purchased a few gift cards to pass out as a small gesture to say thank you.

Guess What? Natalie over at Revel and Design invited me to work with her on The Polyvore Files. I will be co-hosting with her every Sunday, so I do hope you will check her out and join in with us. She is truly amazing, and beautiful, and talented, and... I could seriously go on!
