Sartorial Kid | A Comfy Sweater & Autumn Leaves

Tyler is definitely my most fashionable child. She is very particular about what she will wear, and her favorite is definitely dresses. Mackenzie and Phoenix almost never wear dresses and are definitely girly in a nontraditional way, so I was more than excited to have one of my girls be the typical girly girl, who loves dresses, painted nails, jewelry, and getting her hair done. Even for her 7th birthday this past August, her birthday request was to go shopping at Bath & Body Works.

Although she isn't wearing a dress this week, Tyler also loves her new skinny jeans. She pretty much tries to wear these every day and I have had to argue with her on several occasions to go change. The sweater I thrifted but it came from Target according to the tag. I am absolutely in love with it too. I need it in my size! And these shoes, I bought them last year. They are Tom's lookalikes and in European sizes, so I bought the wrong size, and they are just now fitting her. Love that necklace? It was handmade by me! I used some of the salt dough leaves and jute twine I had leftover to make it. I have plans for more cute jewelry like this for her.
