the night before elijah's birthday, mackenzie and i blew up a package of 72 balloons to surprise elijah with when he woke up the next morning. little did i know it would be such a great idea for him and that he would love it so much. if you want a cheap birthday idea for your toddler, do this!
most of our family and friends are spread so far and wide that we don't really have birthday parties for our kids, but we do try to make their day as fun and as special as possible, and still keep it within our budget. that's the way it goes when you have six kids!
