i had never heard of e-mealz when i was contacted, and after just a few minutes on their website and blog, i fell in love with the idea of having someone else create my dinner plans.
e-mealz offers several different dinner meal planning options including portion control, low carb, low fat, gluten free, and vegetarian. you can also choose between dinner plans for couples or for families (up to six people). since ryan and jacob aren't always with us, the dinner plans for families were perfect for us.
as a member of e-mealz, you will receive, for the low price of ONLY $1.25 per week, a dinner meal plan for each day of the week. your dinner plan includes a grocery list of all items you will need to prepare the meals along with the recipe for each meal.
i not only love the ease of having a list to take to the store when i shop for my foods, but my family LOVES the new meals i have been preparing.
one of our favorite recipes was the cilantro & lime shrimp with steamed potatoes and boiled corn. delicious i tell ya! in fact, i have not disliked a single recipe, but i'm not very picky either!

e-mealz could not have come at a better time for us. we were in a food rut and on many occasions we would eat dinner out at a restaurant because we were sick of the same foods weeks after week.
the recipes are so simple and most meals take less than 30 minutes to prepare. and, we haven't eaten the same thing not once.
we have also found that if you follow the serving sizes, you will have ingredients left over than you can use at another time. we actually took one week off to use up the ingredients we had not used. not only has e-mealz saved us time trying to decide what's for dinner, it has also saved us time in the kitchen. we have even seen savings in our grocery budget.
we chose the portion control dinner plan option and have found that most meals are made with only the freshest ingredients. that is a big plus in my book.
