today is mackenzie's birthday and i am just a little bit shocked at how fast the time has gone by!
i feel like i just had her yesterday yet she is somehow now just 4 years away from when i got pregnant with her. i was young when i got pregnant with her, and in a sense, we have grown up together. i love the relationship we have and love that she feels comfortable enough to talk to me about so many things that i never felt comfortable talking to my own mom about.
she is one of the funniest people i know and i can honestly say she is one of my best friends. i feel confident she will take care of me in my old age! HA!
