fat butt friday - taking a holiday break


so this week i have tried really hard to stay on track. i got off a little bit, but for the most part i was doing good. the pain in my hip from last week's workout mishap is still there but it is minimal. i am sure i will back to myself in no time. 

this week, and until the day after christmas, i am giving myself a little break. honestly, i don't want to be thinking about calories and points and working out. i definitely won't be eating everything in sight like a savage, but while baking cookies and cake pops and all kinds of other goodies this week, i don't want to withhold myself from enjoying any of it with my kids. 

it almost seems counterproductive to allow myself to this break but if i can't enjoy moments like this, i am almost certain that i will fail at losing weight. 

this week, i didn't lose or gain any weight. 

160 lbs. - start weight
156.0 lbs. - previous weigh in
156.0 lbs. - current weight
