every year as we wind down from our summer adventures, our last big event of the summer is always back-to-school shopping. this year, tyler will be starting kindergarten and she was so excited to take part in all of the back-to-school shopping fun we had planned. our shopping is usually broken down into clothes, backpacks & shoes, and then school supplies.
this year, shoes were definitely the hardest part of back-to-school shopping, especially for tyler. she just couldn't find a pair of shoes she liked. tyler's likes and dislikes are so different from her brothers and sisters, and if she doesn't like something, she will not wear it. she will be 5 this sunday, but the girl is already a diva.
while at the crocs store buying elijah his first pair of crocs, i remembered how much tyler loves her crocs (at one time she had five different pairs). i recently heard about the new line of school approved back-to-school crocs, so while we were at the crocs store i was sure to show tyler all of the new choices.
the hardest part for her was deciding on just one pair. she finally settled on the hover sneak argyle crocs. after we finally crossed that hurdle, came the challenge of choosing jibbitz to go along with them.
tyler LOVES her new crocs so much, i actually caught her laying in bed with them a few days ago.
(and i am also happy to report that elijah loves his crocs too. they are the original design electro clogs but have been the only shoes he will keep on his feet.)

this years back-to-school shopping trip was a success and i look forward to elijah's first back-to-school trip with the rest of his siblings.
crocs has some pretty cool shoes for boys as well. my favorite has to be the hover sneak camo shoes in navy and sea blue.
