yesterday was my first actual workout and i am not going to lie, it is tough. i don't like to admit that i am a quiter either but i actually didn't even make it through the entire first workout. i made it through about 35 minutes. but surprisingly, as tough as it is, i truly did push myself as hard as i could until i basically felt like my head was going to explode.
i did the fit test and the plyometrics workout so far and will be sharing all of my results from the fit test this thursday for my 30 day shred post.
