last week was spring break for my kiddos. elijah was sick with a terrible cough and breathing that sounded bad enough to scare me into thinking it could possibly be rsv. on top of elijah's scary chest cold, he bit a hole all the way through his lip when he put his easter basket on his head and ran into our living room table. i rushed him to a doctor immediately. the hole was actually pretty small. so small that the doctor said it would leave a bigger scar to stitch it up than if it was just left alone. he is ALL BOY when he plays and this was definitely one of those heart stopping moments for me. i am happy to report he is okay though.
so, here are the few photos i took over the last two weeks.
row 1 - pic 1: elijah has had a terrible cough lately that has been keeping him up, so this was a good sleep for him. pic 2: sometimes i hide from my kids in the bathroom. they almost always find me though! :) pic 3: i bought an ICEE for him to share with his sissy, tyler, but he wasn't much into sharing.
row 2 - pic 4: elijah pitched a fit to have this little baby doll at target. so, i got it for him. who cares that he is a boy. he won't let me put the baby's clothes on and he loves to feed the baby too. and just so you know, my son LOVES cars and trucks! pic 5: and he loves his mr. bear security blanket too. he sleeps with him every night and day. pic 6: i bought this car freshener several months ago along with some clip fresheners also. the clips were so strong i never noticed that this liquid one wasn't working. this freshener hung here for 2 months before i realized i hadn't removed the cap. oops!
row 3 - pic 7: jacob had a busy day at grandma's. pic 8: a little assembly line of computers. they were competing in ninja wars.
row 4 - pic 9: a nature walk with daddy. pic 10: the origami angel fish dollars i made for ryan for his birthday. pic 11: early morning trip to the grocery store.
