here are a few more. doing this list has really made me think about so much of my life through the years. be sure to go back and read from the beginning if you missed it.

37. of course, i didn't breastfeed ryan and jacob since they are my step children, but i breastfed all of my children except mackenzie. i was a young mother with no brain and thought it was disgusting. obviously, i grew up a little before having any more children.
38. i nearly had phoenix in the car. i could actually feel her little head crowning as i arrived at the hospital and ended up having her in the emergency room.
39. tyler was a scheduled c-section because she was inverted (sideways). on the morning of my c-section i went into labor and when i got to the hospital, she had turned into position.
40. my labor with elijah was induced using the foley catheter method. basically it is like taking a deflated balloon and sticking it into your closed cervix and then blowing it up (with water like a water balloon) to pry to cervix open slowly and hopefully start labor without using drugs.

42. in high school, i swore i would never have children and would ask to have my tubes tied as a christmas present. true story. obviously, i never unwrapped a gift certificate for one of those for christmas.

43. i had never changed, fed, or even held another baby until my first child.
44. i get so nervous when my kids get shots that i get a nervous laugh. i so want to ball my eyes out every time but my body's reaction is to laugh.
45. i once locked my keys and mackenzie in the car at target by accident. she was still in her carseat so she couldn't get out to unlock the door and it was pouring rain outside. a lady who just so happened to be walking by knew someone who worked for the fire department and she called him to help.
