i received the woven traditions large low bowl with small low bowl in eggplant for serving at christmas and LOVE it. and one of my favorite baskets has always been the large picnic basket that my step mom gave me several years ago.

along with all of the lovely baskets and pottery stuff for cooking and serving, they have a variety of delicious comfort foods including dips, soup mixes, and cheese ball kits.
i recently got some of the white chocolate amaretto cheese ball mix. i love cheese balls but this is the first cheese ball i have made on my own and also the first one of this type.
it was super easy to make and i look forward to adding cheese balls to my party spreads from now on, including the traditional cheese ball.
white chocolate amaretto cheese ball
you will need:
1 packet white chocolate amaretto mix (box comes with two)
8 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp sliced almonds
combine the packet of white chocolate amaretto mix with the cream cheese and butter. form a ball and roll it in the almonds. refrigerate until firm. serve with cookies, graham crackers, bagels or fruit.
i served these with some delicious sugar cookies and they were a big hit around our house.
