as we were trying on costumes for halloween back in october, we came across our old costumes from the last couple of years. we of course had to try tyler's old yoda costume on elijah, from when we were star wars characters in 2008. the guns were jacob's from when he was mike teevee from willy wonka and the chocolate factory last year in 2009. the combination was funny enough for a photo.

this pic of elijah and gracie was just too cute when i looked back and saw that they both had their little legs up in the air at the same time. even though the smiles hide it pretty well, neither of them were too excited to be sitting in the prickly grass in front of chili's one afternoon when we were out to dinner with rick and amanda.

in order to get the kids to relax and smile, i allowed my kids to do silly pics before getting serious and taking some more serious photos. boys will be boys, so of course they thought it would be funny to make it look as if they both we on the brink of a major brawl. those faces are just too funny.

i shared this photo earlier in the year and it definitely is one of my favorite funny photos from 2010. we use a stool for time out at our house. tyler was having a rough day and spent a lot of time on that stool that day. so much so that she finally fell asleep up there.

i really wish this photo would have focused on the right subject because this little face is the funniest. definitely could have been my favorite if it wasn't blurry.
