chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie
in a blender, combine 2 cups of 1% or soy milk, 2 bananas, 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, and 1/3 cup peanut butter.blend for about 1 minute or until smooth. pour into cups and enjoy!
i usually make this at breakfast time for my kids. a great way to jump start their day.it can be served by itself or with another food such as a jelly toast.
you can even call it peanut butter and jelly breakfast like i do!
