super simple recipe - chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie

when i say easy, i mean easy! i really just wanted to share this with you because my kids love it and it is a great way i add protein to their diet.


chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie


shoppingin a blender, combine 2 cups of  1% or soy milk, 2 bananas, 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, and 1/3 cup peanut butter.

blend for about 1 minute or until smooth. pour into cups and enjoy!

i usually make this at breakfast time for my kids. a great way to jump start their day.it can be served by itself or with another food such as a jelly toast.  

you can even call it peanut butter and jelly breakfast like i do!
