A Very Happy Mother's Day (weekend) to Me!

I certainly got exactly what I wanted this Mother's Day weekend...

Saturday, we went to Clay Fusion at The Factory to let the children create clay pieces for both of my Mothers. I have a step mother that loves me no less than my biological mother. What a {gorgeous} day it was!  

Later on that night, we went out to eat at the Mellow Mushroom and to the Raleigh Road Drive-in to see the new movie, Iron Man 2 and Shutter Island.  We love to go to the drive-in because we can take all of the kids and see a double feature on the weekends for such a great price.  Kids 5 and under are free, making it only $21 for all eight of us to see two movies.  Not to mention, food prices are not too bad either.  It is a very family friendly atomosphere.  The best part is that I can bring my Little Monster and even during those times when he gets a bit cranky, I can sit with him in our van and not disturb everyone else watching the movie.
