I decided to join Simplicity's photo challenge this week because the theme is flowers and spring is the {perfect} time for such a wonderful theme.
When I first moved into my home, we planted several iris plants around the trees in our front yard. They have multiplied over the years and now we enjoy so many of them every year at this time. We have two colors, yellow and lavender.
Here is one of my lovely lavender iris blooms.
