Fat Butt Friday - Warm Weather Report

"One of my New Year's wishes was to shed some of the weight I had gained during my pregnancy with Little Monster, and so in my attempt to do so, I felt it was harder to hide late night snacking and lack of motivation if I put myself on the line and in the spotlight. This weekend in my neck of the woods, the weather is supposed to be record breaking highs in the 80's and 90's. We completely jumped right over Spring and moved into Summer. I seriously think we only get two seasons around here.

But I'm not complaining!

I LOVE Summertime weather! LOVE IT!

It is a {great} time to get outside, enjoy the weather, and get some exercise. The kind of exercise that doesn't really feel like exercise. And the time of year when all the best fruits and veggies are in season. My go to warm weather snack...Sugar FREE Popsicles! Don't forget to stay hydrated with lots of water.

For me, it has not been giving up certain foods, I can do that. Mine has been staying interested in the workout. I don't have a gym membership, so sometimes I think that if I do one more leg lift while listening to the Black Eyed Peas CD on my Ipod, I am going to scream!
