Joyful Christmas

We truly had an amazing Christmas this year. Simply because I worried a little about whether or not we would have the funds to finish purchasing the children their gifts and last minute finally being able to.

In our home, we visit my mother and grandmother to eat lunch and open gifts on Christmas day and then come home to wind down, slip on comfy clothes, put in a great Christmas movie and slowly open our gifts without rushing to be somewhere. It is absolutely the best way to do it! I love it!The children were thrilled to receive everything they got. I always enjoy giving gifts much more then receiving them. And of course, I did all I could to savor every minute of Little Monster's first Christmas as he opened gifts like a pro and was nothing but a complete angel all day.

And although I am still contemplating whether I should share the story, I will at least say, that I was visited by my father, whom I hadn't seen in over four years. Definitely a Christmas miracle!

I hope you all were able to enjoy a Christmas as delightful as the one we were able to celebrate. What are some of the Christmas miracles you were able to witness this year?
