They all chose a skull face grim reaper
They all fought over who was going to trace the pattern, so they each got a turn
Costumes & Trick-or Treating
our little Wonka Bar
Jacob as Mike TeeVee
Ryan as Willy Wonka
Mackenzie as Violet and P&T as Oompa Loompas
One of the best decorated houses. They all were great though!
Bedford has the best participation during the holidays
The kids had a blast and we got compliments the whole time. Many people said they had the best costumes of the night. We had people wanting photographs of them, giving them all their 15 minutes of fame. I wish I would have taken some photos of getting them ready because that was an adventure in itself. P&T were a little scared to put the makeup on their faces at first (Phoenix even got a little teary eyed), but once they wore it for a few minutes they were okay.
I really must say that I enjoy taking the kids to Bedford to trick-or-treat. We started going there last year, and the participation of this HUGE neighborhood (it's like a small town within the city) is AMAZING! The streets are lined with hundreds of people and nearly every house is decorated and many of the home owners are dressed up or hanging out on their porches ready for trick-or-treaters and friendly conversation. We love it!
