Week 1: BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE-Day 3Tomorrow will be the first time we have seen Ryan and Jacob in almost two months...they left to go to their grandmother's house in Alabama just a couple days before Elijah was born. Then, when they came back home, they haven't been here because we haven't been able to afford the gas money to drive the distance to their mother's house. Since Jason lost his job, we have struggled with money, and unfortunately have not been able to get them (such a horrible feeling to be stuck in a situation where you have to choose between your kids and necessities). However, we have been saving every little dime and we are proud to say we have the money saved to go get them this weekend. I am grateful for being able to find a way to save up this money. Today, we double checked our totals before making final decisions, and it is official, they will be here this weekend. The BEST part is...they will meet their new baby brother for the first time.
